So what's up with my this week? 
I am hitting the gym double time! I have a trip in two weeks and really want to drop a few pounds. I have been doing a lot of baking and even more blogging so my diet has been very carb heavy and my workouts too sparse.  So...no time like the present to make it back into my skinny jeans!
1. I am hitting the gym twice a day
2. Have tripled my water intake (and reduced my soda...my dirty little secret)
3. Focusing on mental fitness too...this girl needs a break!
